System Implementation

The Strategic Health System has been developed for the sole purpose of assisting other Wellness Practitioners in implementing the same protocols Dr. Prendergast uses in his practice today. Our hope is to dramatically increase the overall wellness of your patient base, while at the same time, dramatically increasing the profitability of your practice.

There is a specific procedural outline you need to follow when implementing the Strategic Health System into your practice. It is critical that these procedures are followed in order to reach your goals with the System. These procedures are specifically outlined in your personal Practitioner Handbook that you receive when you attend the Strategic Health System Certification Training, which takes you through the implementation process.

Organizational Structure

The current business structure that you have in place with your wellness practice should not be altered in any way. The Strategic Health System is designed to run side-by-side cooperatively with your current structure of business. As you implement the Strategic Health System into your practice, however, there will be a few new aspects to your business structure that will be important for you to understand.
